The 2011 Swimmer Registration and Volunteer Signup will be done
completely online begining this year. Here is some information that may be
helpful:
This is our first year with online registration, so there may be
an occasional unforeseen hiccup. If there is, just send us a quick
email to
president@pinelochpiranhas.org.
ActiveNetworks is our vendor for this system and they are experts
in sports team registration and management. Other teams in our area
use the exact product we have chosen and are very happy with the
results.
Each Family will create only one account but can add additional
swimmers that live in their hosuehold. You don't need a seperate
account for each swimmer.
Discounts for mutiple swimmers in the same family, high school
swimmers and maximum fees will be calculated at checkout.
There is also an additional $4 processing fee for each swimmer.
This is a direct cost from our supplier.
Everyone will need to create their accounts this year, even if
they are a returning swimmer. We all have a little extra work this
year, but next year should be much easier.
Start with 2011 Swimmer Registration first and then proceed to the
2011 Volunteer Signup.
To make sure you get the volunteer jobs you would like at the
meets, signup online early! When we meet the limits for a particular
position at a meet, it will no longer show as being available.
