| Head Coach Keele teaches at Clear Lake Intermediate School and has taught
there for the past eleven years. Before coming to Clear Lake, she was an
assistant language teacher for seventh, eight, and ninth grade students in
Yachiyo , Japan. Keele is originally from Tyler, Texas where
she began swimming for the Tyler area swim team at age seven. She competed in
the age group circuit and qualified for TAGS meets. In high
school, she qualified for State meets and received swimming
scholarships to Texas Christian University and The University of
Houston. |

Keele swam two years for TCU
and then transferred to U of H where she swam for another two
years and completed her degree in Health and Nutrition. She
coached a variety of age groups for the Tyler Swim Team, Miller
Swim Academy, and the Pineloch Piranhas Swim Team. Keele has
always enjoyed the competition and camaraderie of her swim teams
and would like to see each member of the Piranhas Swim Team find
that same enjoyment in swimming competitively. |
